Wake up Australia !!!!!!!!

I had to write today we are so behind in this country it is ridiculous.
I am amazed that clients think they are doing me a favour and that the planet is sort of "negotiable".

This is not a trend in food local and seasonal it is a must do holistic approach to our health, the planet and biodiversity. Events, caterers and venues must wake up and ensure they have a food strategy in place to address this and a comms strategy so that their clients and stakeholders undetstand their commitment
